This is the UK version of this set and comes with a UK 230v Mains Adaptor.
The track in this set is Bachmann's E-track, which is basically the same as normal N gauge track but glued to a plastic ballast. With careful effort this can be removed if required, or it can be incorporated into standard track layouts by building a small ramp to join the two.
