How we handle pre-orders on this range: When you order, and we either have your payment details on file or a pre-paid order, we will order your requirements from the manufacturer (or in limited cases, their wholesale agent) if we do not already have sufficient on order to cover your requirements. When the model is eventually released, we will dispatch orders within 7 days of receiving the item into stock. In the event of a shortage, orders will be processed strictly in date order. Where two orders have the same date but there is only stock to cover one of those orders, priority will be given to pre-paid orders. In the event that insufficient stock is received from the manufacturer (or their agent), once we have confirmed no more will arrive in a later batch, you will be advised and any balance of that order cancelled - with a refund where the item was pre-paid. In all circumstances our maximum liability will be to issue a refund for any pre-payments in the event of non-availability.

Payment and postage on pre-orders: You have the choice of pre-payment (use the Paypal or Nochex Card Processing) options at checkout, in which case you can take advantage of our free economy delivery option if your total order exceeds FORTY POUNDS. Where there are multiple items on the order, they will be sent out individually on release if priced over TEN POUNDS or will be held and sent with other models if under that value, except where that item is the last on the order. Alternatively, you have the choice of choosing PRE-ORDER PAYMENT where you are charged on release - with all charge on release orders, there is a TWO POUNDS AND FIFTY PENCE postage and packing charge made on each batch sent that totals under FORTY POUNDS.
