Race Batteries for Tamiya Cars: All are standard 7.2v "6 Cell" packs with Tamiya connector, unless otherwise stated.
Please note: Trickle charging is not necessary on NIMH batteries and is not recommended for batteries above 2300 capacity as it can reduce the ability of the battery to reach full charge. You should not use an old style 30 minute timed charger on these type of cells. For all batteries it is recommended that you use a Peak charger, which automatically detects the full charge point. We have a variety of these listed in our Chargers section, available from the menu on the left. |
