The XB Pro range has taken on the Ready to Run mantle to provide a great, fast "kit quality" car for those who want a run-from-the-box experience - these cars being the same as a kit car (i.e. high performance) but made in the factory. Each car includes a fully painted and stickered impact resistant body shell with long travel front and rear suspension. Tamiya cars are renowned for having the most highly detailed bodies of any range - the XBs are no exception!

The control system is the "Wheel & Trigger" type with proportional steering and speed (the more you turn the more it turns...). Steering trim is adjustable on the controller. Speed is approx 35Kmh (but upgradeable) on XB Pro models. Please note that is it not an easy swap to change these cars to "stick" radio systems - the handset and receiver need to be swapped and the electronics reset to suit the change. If you wish us to perform this change, please contact us for current availability for such an upgrade.  The cost is normally around £30 allowing for the trade in value of the standard radio and labour.

All cars include radio handset. Battery + charger can be added/removed as required on the item pages - cars have a standard battery and overnight charger included in the price. The cars are designed so that you can remove the wheels and body easily and fit replacements if required. Replacement wheels and bodies are available to order from our website.
