Very scale like appearance to a full-size US long-nose style tractor unit. 3 speed gear-box is good, transmission is by metal shaft to both rear axles which have metal diffs. Ball race it if you can, just for smoothness of drive. Nice detailing throughout and goes well with any of the Tamiya trailers. It really is worth getting the MFC unit: turns a very good model into a very, very good model!
