This is a brand new set.  The loco has a partially seized link on the valve gear.  This means on one side it rotates in a slightly odd way.  Most will not even notice it and it runs fine - it just rotates differently to the other side.  If you know what you are doing you may be able to lubricate or loosen it to correct it and make it perfect, but we would run it as is.  Save approx £30 off our normal price.
