White Water Highlight is used to replicate foam or froth to a water feature on your miniature base, terrain feature or gaming mat. Use to intensify movement for fast-moving water. White Water Highlight is water soluble and non-toxic. 2 fl oz (59 mL)

Woodland Scenics promote this range as being for the wargaming community, however it is simply smaller packages of standard model railway scenic materials plus a good range of flower and grass materials. It is ideal therefore for use with your standard OO scale railway to create scenary and can be mixed with any other Woodland product.
